Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of MAILAB, a content operations and commerce operations platform for businesses, creators, and MCN teams managing TikTok accounts and TikTok Shop showcase workflows they own or are authorized to operate.

1. Use of MAILAB

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to manage any account connected to MAILAB, the right to use and publish any content submitted through MAILAB, and that your use complies with TikTok's policies, applicable laws, and these Terms.

2. TikTok Account Authorization

MAILAB connects to TikTok and TikTok Shop through official authorization flows. MAILAB does not ask for or store TikTok account passwords. When you connect a TikTok account or TikTok Shop creator authorization, you authorize MAILAB to access only the permissions you approve through the relevant official authorization flow.

3. Content Publishing

MAILAB does not publish content without user action. Before submitting content to TikTok, users must review the selected account, video, caption, and posting options, then confirm the publishing action.

You may not use MAILAB to publish illegal, infringing, misleading, harmful, abusive, spam, fake engagement, or platform-manipulative content.

4. TikTok Shop Showcase Management

MAILAB does not add products to a TikTok Shop showcase without user action. Before adding a product to an authorized creator showcase, users must review the product details, category fit, commission information, and related status, then confirm the add-to-showcase action.

5. Prohibited Uses

Accessing or managing accounts without authorization.
Scraping TikTok or bypassing TikTok's official APIs.
Automating spam, fake engagement, or deceptive behavior.
Adding products to creator showcases without authorization or user confirmation.
Circumventing TikTok restrictions or security controls.
Uploading malicious files or interfering with MAILAB systems.

6. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using MAILAB and connecting a TikTok account, you agree that MAILAB may process authorized TikTok data to provide the requested features.

7. Service Availability

MAILAB may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We may also limit or suspend access if use violates these Terms or creates security, legal, or operational risk.

8. Intellectual Property

MAILAB and its software, design, and branding are owned by mailab or its licensors. Users retain ownership of their own content, subject to the rights needed for MAILAB to provide the service.

9. Disclaimers

MAILAB is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or specific performance outcomes.
